1. Use cloth bags for wrapping, you can get cloth ribbon and use for bows
2. Buy used if you can that saves packaging

Might I add, that making cloth bags for the presents not only save packaging, and waste, but it doesn't take as long. You'll have more time for you, or your family instead of hours wrapping presents! You may think it takes the fun out for the kids but what is christmas truely about? Focus on teaching then that instead!
